Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and validated before 12 pm are shipped the same day. Other orders are shipped the following business day. The delivery time begins on the shipping date.

You have 15 days to return any items sold and shipped by La Planète des Enfants that do not suit you, starting from the date you receive your products. They will be exchanged immediately.
